Organic Peru Cajamarca – Medium Selection:
This coffee is intensely sweet. Rich and buttery smooth with pleasant sweet and spice notes. The acidity is clean, bright and forward, which defines the cup.

- Body: medium, smooth, buttery

Organic Peru Cajamarca – Dark Selection:
Strong, bold character. Rich flavor and rich mouth feel. Finishes with lingering spice notes and the snappy dryness of bittersweet chocolate.
- Dry Aroma: maple, caramel, cedar
- Wet Aroma: roasted bell pepper
- Body: medium
- Acidity: mild, tangy
- Aftertaste: roasty, oak, spice
